- Replacement of copier / printer contracts: All devices sold on agreements will include a comprehensive 3- or 5-year maintenance solution. This includes the replacement of consumables, spares and on-site support. Through the deployment of device management software, you can proactively manage the fleet via a desktop consol.
- Flexible finance and options: Titan Business Automation utilises several specialist asset-finance companies to secure the best rates and financing products. These superior rates are passed directly to you. Our financial offerings are scalable and are designed to ensure maximum return. These include pay-per-use models, traditional operational leasing or rentals.
- Managed Print Services: This is a pay-per-use model on your existing printer fleet. Itemised billing applies at one mono rate and one colour rate. This solution includes the replacement of consumables, spares, and on-site support. The contract is fixed for 12-months at the cost-per-copy rates. Management software is installed to track device, serial number and volume by user / department / device.
- Print Policy: Implementing a Print Policy has proven to reduce output costs by up to 30%! This is achieved by setting device defaults, routing of output to the correct devices, managing colour as well as applications, authentication activation and many more.
